§1. Postanowienia ogólne
Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady zapisu na listę oczekujących (waitlist) na betę usługi klaru.ai za pośrednictwem formularza dostępnego na stronie klaru.ai.
Usługodawcą jest Klaru AI Prosta Spółka Akcyjna z siedzibą w Poznaniu (61-541), ul. Przemysłowa 51/28, wpisana do rejestru przedsiębiorców KRS pod numerem 0001249521, NIP PL7831957023 (dalej „Usługodawca” lub „klaru.ai”). Kontakt: hi@klaru.ai.
§2. Zakres usługi
Usługa polega na umożliwieniu użytkownikowi zapisania się na listę oczekujących, aby otrzymać powiadomienie o uruchomieniu wersji beta klaru.ai. Usługa ma charakter bezpłatny i informacyjny.
§3. Warunki korzystania
- podanie prawidłowego adresu e-mail w formularzu,
- zaznaczenie zgody na akceptację Regulaminu oraz Polityki prywatności,
- ukończenie 16 lat.
Zaznaczenie pola zgody jest dobrowolne, lecz konieczne do wysłania formularza i skorzystania z usługi.
§4. Charakter usługi
klaru.ai znajduje się w fazie przygotowania („coming soon”). Usługodawca nie gwarantuje konkretnego terminu uruchomienia bety ani jej ostatecznego kształtu. Zapis na listę oczekujących nie stanowi umowy o świadczenie usługi docelowej ani zobowiązania do jej udostępnienia.
§5. Rezygnacja
Użytkownik może w każdej chwili zrezygnować z uczestnictwa w liście oczekujących oraz wycofać udzieloną zgodę, wysyłając wiadomość na adres hi@klaru.ai. Wycofanie zgody skutkuje usunięciem adresu e-mail z listy.
§6. Reklamacje
Reklamacje dotyczące działania formularza lub usługi można zgłaszać na adres hi@klaru.ai. Usługodawca rozpatruje reklamacje w terminie 14 dni od ich otrzymania.
§7. Dane osobowe
Zasady przetwarzania danych osobowych opisano w Polityce prywatności.
§8. Postanowienia końcowe
W sprawach nieuregulowanych zastosowanie ma prawo polskie. Usługodawca może zmienić Regulamin z ważnych przyczyn (np. zmiana zakresu usługi lub przepisów prawa); zmiany obowiązują od chwili publikacji nowej wersji na stronie.

§1. General provisions
These Terms set out the rules for joining the waitlist for the beta of the klaru.ai service via the form available at klaru.ai.
The service provider is Klaru AI Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, registered office in Poznań (61-541), ul. Przemysłowa 51/28, Poland, entered in the KRS register under number 0001249521, VAT PL7831957023 (the “Provider” or “klaru.ai”). Contact: hi@klaru.ai.
§2. Scope of the service
The service lets a user join a waitlist in order to be notified when the klaru.ai beta launches. The service is free of charge and informational in nature.
§3. Conditions of use
- providing a valid email address in the form,
- ticking the box to accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy,
- being at least 16 years old.
Ticking the consent box is voluntary but required to submit the form and use the service.
§4. Nature of the service
klaru.ai is in preparation (“coming soon”). The Provider does not guarantee a specific launch date for the beta or its final form. Joining the waitlist does not constitute an agreement to provide the final service nor an obligation to make it available.
§5. Withdrawal
The user may leave the waitlist and withdraw their consent at any time by emailing hi@klaru.ai. Withdrawing consent results in the email address being removed from the list.
§6. Complaints
Complaints regarding the form or the service may be sent to hi@klaru.ai. The Provider will review complaints within 14 days of receipt.
§7. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
§8. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. The Provider may amend these Terms for valid reasons (e.g. a change in the scope of the service or in the law); changes take effect upon publication of the new version on the website. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
