1. Administrator danych

2. Jakie dane zbieramy

W związku z zapisem na listę oczekujących na betę zbieramy:

• adres e-mail podany przez Ciebie w formularzu,
• datę i godzinę dokonania zapisu.

Nie zbieramy żadnych innych danych — nie prosimy o imię, numer telefonu ani dane rozliczeniowe.

3. Cel i podstawa prawna

Twój adres e-mail przetwarzamy wyłącznie w celu poinformowania Cię o uruchomieniu wersji beta klaru.ai. Podstawą prawną jest Twoja dobrowolna zgoda — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO (rozporządzenie 2016/679), wyrażona przez zaznaczenie pola wyboru i wysłanie formularza.

4. W jaki sposób przechowujemy dane

Zapisy przechowywane są w usłudze Cloudflare R2 (dostawca infrastruktury: Cloudflare, Inc.), obsługiwanej po stronie Cloudflare. Dostęp do danych ograniczony jest do osób upoważnionych po stronie Administratora.

5. Odbiorcy danych i transfer poza EOG

Dane mogą być przetwarzane przez Cloudflare, Inc. jako podmiot przetwarzający, świadczący usługi hostingu i infrastruktury. Może się to wiązać z przekazaniem danych poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy; w takim przypadku transfer odbywa się na podstawie standardowych klauzul umownych (SCC) zatwierdzonych przez Komisję Europejską. Nie sprzedajemy ani nie udostępniamy Twoich danych w celach marketingowych podmiotom trzecim.

6. Okres przechowywania

Twój adres e-mail przechowujemy do czasu uruchomienia bety i nawiązania z Tobą kontaktu, nie dłużej jednak niż do momentu wycofania przez Ciebie zgody. Po wycofaniu zgody lub zrealizowaniu celu dane zostają usunięte.

7. Twoje prawa

W związku z przetwarzaniem danych przysługują Ci następujące prawa:

• dostępu do danych oraz otrzymania ich kopii,
• sprostowania (poprawienia) danych,
• usunięcia danych („prawo do bycia zapomnianym”),
• ograniczenia przetwarzania,
• przenoszenia danych,
• wycofania zgody w dowolnym momencie — bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania dokonanego przed jej wycofaniem,
• wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

8. Dobrowolność podania danych

Podanie adresu e-mail jest dobrowolne, ale niezbędne do zapisania się na listę oczekujących. Bez podania e-maila nie będziemy w stanie powiadomić Cię o starcie bety.

9. Zautomatyzowane decyzje i profilowanie

Nie podejmujemy wobec Ciebie decyzji w sposób zautomatyzowany i nie profilujemy Twoich danych.

2. What data we collect

When you join the beta waitlist, we collect:

• the email address you enter in the form,
• the date and time of your sign-up.

We collect no other data — we do not ask for your name, phone number, or any billing details.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your email address solely to notify you when the klaru.ai beta launches. The legal basis is your voluntary consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) — given by ticking the checkbox and submitting the form.

4. How we store the data

Sign-ups are stored in Cloudflare R2 (infrastructure provider: Cloudflare, Inc.). Access to the data is limited to authorised persons on the controller’s side.

5. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA

Data may be processed by Cloudflare, Inc. as a processor providing hosting and infrastructure services. This may involve transferring data outside the European Economic Area; where that happens, the transfer relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention period

We keep your email address until the beta launches and we have contacted you, and in any case no longer than until you withdraw your consent. Once consent is withdrawn or the purpose is fulfilled, the data is deleted.

7. Your rights

In connection with the processing, you have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy of it,
• rectify (correct) your data,
• erase your data (“right to be forgotten”),
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

8. Is providing data mandatory?

Providing your email address is voluntary but necessary to join the waitlist. Without it we cannot notify you when the beta launches.

9. Automated decisions and profiling

We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not profile your data.

In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version of this policy prevails.
